Our philosophy for parole representation is to present a clear and comprehensive portrait of our client as a human being with loved ones, a viable parole plan, and a sincere desire to reintegrate into society by being an asset to the community.  

This is accomplished in two ways.  First of all, a well-prepared written presentation is submitted to the Board Office.  Mr. Stouwie's experience and strategy will determine the precise contents of the packet. 

The second way that we accomplish our goal is for Mr. Stouwie to personally advocate on our client's behalf, directly to the lead voter on the case.  This is done in person or via telephone, at the discretion of the Parole Board Member or Commissioner that is the lead voter.  We will do our very best to try to reunite our clients with their families and get them out of the prison system as soon as possible.
